Departure procedure
- Advise us 5 working days before the exact date of your departure by calling 450-420-3030 to arrange to return keys and have a final inspection performed. Rent can be charged for the apartment until the keys have been returned and the final inspection performed.
- The apartment must be clean; the oven, refrigerator and microwave oven must be cleaned and the apartment must be dusted and floors cleaned. The pantry and refrigerator must be emptied. Used bedding and towels must be removed.
- We will charge you $50/hour for cleaning if the apartment is not in its original condition upon your departure.
- We are not responsible for objects left behind in the apartment after your departure.
You can reach us 24/7 via our voice mail for emergencies and from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. from Monday to Friday.

Our insurance policies
The owner of the apartment that you are occupying is covered by an insurance policy. However, your personal property and valuables are not covered by this insurance.
Therefore, you must take out a comprehensive civil liability insurance policy for you and those living with you. You should also insure all your property and valuables against loss and theft.
